What It Is: ICP Builder is an intuitive tool designed to help salespeople and marketers create a detailed Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for precise outreach campaigns.

Purpose: ICP Builder guides you through focused, strategic questions to define your target customers’ traits, pain points, and core value drivers. It includes a GTM Positioning Statement in the summary to articulate your offering’s value, helping you boost lead quality, improve outreach, and accelerate pipeline with a clear, actionable ICP.

How to Use It: Start by filling in the "GTM Offering & Use Case" section, where only the offering and use case fields are required (marked with *). All fields turn green as you complete them. To speed up the process, choose a preset template like "B2B SaaS", use the "Create ICP with Minimal Input" option to auto-fill remaining fields, or build from scratch. Once ready, click “Generate ICP” to view your customized ICP summary. Edit or reset sections at anytime.
